Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance (VSDVAA)
This Immigration Issue for Advocacy Training is one activity of the Action Alliance's on-going Immigration Advocacy Technical Assistant Project. The Project seeks to expand the support and resources available to SDVAs and communities in order to better serve immigrant and refugee victims of sexual/domestic violence and human traffiking. By attending this one-day training participants will gain knowledge on the services and resouces available for victims. Participants will explore many of the complex issues involved by assessing the strengths, challenges and barriers to services in communities for immigrant and refugee victims.
