The Sexual Violence Justice Institute at MNCASA (SVJI at MNCASA) seeks an energetic and experienced collaboration specialist for a full-time, salaried position with the agency. This person will be part of a team that provides training, technical assistance, and support for current, new, and potential multidisciplinary sexual assault response teams; identifies and helps shape responses to emerging issues arising from team and stakeholder work; and designs new resources and methods consistent with the Institute’s mission.
In particular, this position will become the lead Point-of-Contact for SVJI’s work with multidisciplinary teams in Minnesota, facilitating our work with multidisciplinary initiatives beyond the specific network of SMART teams we currently serve. Additionally, the position will be responsible for activities related to team development, training and supporting leadership, facilitating connections between teams, and special assignments relative to advancing the field of multidisciplinary response to sexual assault.
