Director of Training and Technical Assistance
Possesses at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, two years of management/supervision experience, and three years experience in the domestic violence movement; or a high school/equivalency diploma, four years management/supervision experience, and three years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence from a trauma-informed, empowerment-based perspective. The candidate will: understand the root causes of violence against women and oppressed groups; have a proven history of conducting comprehensive training and technical assistance on domestic violence; and have program management experience. Candidate must have excellent writing and grant management skills and a successful history of supervising multiple staff. This position requires extensive travel and is based in Tallahassee.
