Description: 

The Prevention HQE for the Director, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR), provides direction for the entire Air Force sexual assault prevention program.  The Prevention HQE will: establish strategies, plans and policies for continued improvement of sexual assault prevention programs, maintain oversight over field activities, while providing executive leadership and direction in the field of sexual assault.  They will establish short- and mid-term objectives helping AF/CVS to achieve administration goals and congressional intent in the area of sexual assault prevention.  Additionally, they will direct the development of quantitative and qualitative means of assessing compliance with policy and effectiveness of sexual assault prevention programs.
