Columbia County’s very first “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” event, which takes place in many cityies across the country each year, will give residents a chance to raise awareness about sexual assault and gender violence by donning pairs of high heels and strutting for one mile from the IGA market to Columbia View Park in St. Helens. There will be music, prizes and a presentation. The walk begins at noon on April 16. A $13 registration fee includes a T-shirt.
Join Women's Crisis Support Team for an inspiring evening of music, arts & crafts, and community Speak Up and Speak Out to end sexual violence. This event will provide the opportunity to share our experiences and support one another. All are welcome!
