Payment Methods
The NSVRC accepts payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) and check. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. For those paying via credit card, purchases will appear on customer’s credit cards as “Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape”.
Shipment and Delivery Information
The NSVRC makes every effort to keep shipping and handling charges to a minimum and utilizes UPS, FedEx, DHL and the US Postal Service to ship products. All orders are sent standard ground shipping unless you have selected an expedited service. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of purchased items.
International orders please email (nsvrc_products@nsvrc.org) or fax your order (717-909-0714) to obtain specific shipping information.
We are not able to offer ground shipping services to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. These orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service and may require additional shipping time.
Customers requesting next day or 2 day shipping services must place their order by 11:00am Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am will be shipped the following business day.

Inventory
The new online store offers real-time inventory information on all of our products. If you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity than is available we can backorder the product for you. If you are placing a time-sensitive order of a backordered item, please contact us (877-739-3895) to inquire about an estimated time on restocking the item.
