The Rural Law enforcement Technology Institute will be held April 28 to May 2, 2013, in Annapolis, Maryland. The institute provides an opportunity for rural law enforcement officers to learn about and discuss technology initiatives and issues affecting the rural law enforcement community. Applications must be received by March 13, 2013.
