Rebecca Loya is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Taubman Center for Public Policy and American Institutions at Brown University. Her current research examines the role of sexual violence in creating economic disadvantage and the protective effects of financial and social capital. She has a Ph.D. in Social Policy and an M.A. in Psychology.
