RALIANCE is a Washington D.C.-based national organization dedicated to ending sexual violence in one generation. With initial funding from the National Football League, RALIANCE is making prevention possible across all industries by awarding grants, advancing research, influencing policy and helping leaders establish safe environments and strong communities.
RALIANCE works with cutting-edge organizations that are interested in improving their organizational cultures to be safe and free from sexual harassment, misconduct and other disrespectful behaviors. We work with leadership teams to cultivate a workplace culture that values respect and safety through policy review and implementation, leading by example, addressing minor infractions, and finding other ways to signal that sexual harassment and misconduct will not be tolerated.
Our comprehensive Sport + Prevention Center illustrates strategies to capitalize upon the power, scope, and influence of sport to reinforce positive behaviors both on and off the field. RALIANCE also advances effective prevention strategies through policy and media activities, and mentors young people in building skills to advocate for positive social change.
In addition, RALIANCE awards grants to organizations throughout the country to advance promising, replicable practices that improve services, reduce risk factors for sexual violence, and strengthen community capacity to create safe environments.
