The mission of VAWnet is to harness and use electronic communication technology to end violence against women. VAWnet is funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is housed within the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NRCDV). VAWnet is an easily accessible and comprehensive collection of full-text, searchable electronic resources on domestic violence, sexual violence and related issues. VAWnet's primary goal is to support local, state and national violence against women prevention and intervention strategies that are safe, effective, and address the self-identified issues of consequence to victims and survivors.
The Clery Center for Security On Campus is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to preventing violence, substance abuse and other crimes on college and university campuses across the United States, and to compassionately assist the victims of these crimes. It is a model for social change is built on the fundamental belief that collaboration among key stakeholders will create safer campus communities.
The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) serves as the nation’s principle information and resource center regarding all aspects of sexual violence. It provides national leadership, consultation and technical assistance by generating and facilitating the development and flow of information on sexual violence intervention and prevention strategies. The NSVRC works to address the causes and impact of sexual violence through collaboration, prevention efforts and the distribution of resources.
